Risk Disclosure

Understand the risks before participating.

Recibia is designed to help trusted groups organize money rotation with transparency and structure. However, participation involves financial and social risk. This page explains those risks so you can make informed decisions.

No guaranteed payouts

Recibia does not guarantee payouts. Contributions and payouts depend entirely on participants meeting their commitments within a cycle. Recibia does not insure, underwrite, or guarantee any financial outcome.

Risk of missed contributions

If one or more participants fail to make a contribution:

  • Payouts may be delayed or affected
  • Disputes may arise within the club
  • The cycle may require review or intervention

While Recibia provides visibility and monitoring, it cannot prevent missed contributions.

Club-based trust model

Recibia is built for people who already trust each other. Clubs and cycles rely on social trust, shared accountability, and clear expectations. The platform does not replace trust—it supports it with structure and transparency.

You should only participate in clubs and cycles with people you know and trust.

User responsibility

By joining a cycle, you accept responsibility for:

  • Understanding the contribution schedule and rotation order
  • Assessing your ability to meet commitments
  • Accepting the risk that other participants may not meet theirs

Recibia provides tools and oversight but does not assume responsibility for decisions made within a club.

Important reminder

Recibia is not a bank, lender, or investment platform. It does not offer interest, loans, or guaranteed returns. Participation is voluntary and should be based on careful consideration.
