When to report an issue

You should report a problem if:

  • A contribution or payout doesn't go as expected
  • You notice unusual or suspicious activity
  • There's a disagreement or dispute within a club or cycle
  • The app isn't working as it should

If you're unsure, it's always okay to reach out.

What to include

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A clear description of what happened
  • The steps you took before the issue occurred
  • Any error messages you saw
  • Screenshots of the issue (PNG or JPEG only)

The more detail you provide, the faster we can help.

How disputes are handled

When a dispute is reported:

  • We review the details and activity involved
  • We may ask for additional information
  • Certain actions (like payouts) may be temporarily paused during review
